MEETING WITH THE INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR OF BAYLIS & HARDING ENGLAND

Recently, Fusion Bright had the honor of welcoming Mrs. Sarah – International Sales Director of Baylis & Harding England – for a strategic working session at the head office in Hanoi. The meeting not only served to strengthen the partnership between the two parties but also marked a new step forward in expanding Baylis & Harding’s business operations in the Vietnamese market for the year 2025.

Baylis & Harding is a premium personal care brand from the United Kingdom, established in 1970, renowned for its sophisticated fragrances, safe formulations, and elegant design. In Vietnam, Baylis & Harding is officially distributed by Fusion Bright, targeting mid- to high-end customers and catering to the growing demand for premium, tasteful, and distinctive gifting options in the corporate sector.

During the working session, Mrs. Sarah and the executive team at Fusion Bright discussed key directions in developing the brand in Vietnam. This comes at a time when consumer behavior in the market is shifting significantly towards products that are legally imported, safe, clearly sourced, and offer a refined emotional experience.
Both sides agreed to further promote localized communication strategies, expand multi-channel distribution – including online retail, showroom systems, cosmetics chains, and corporate gifting. Additionally, building promotional programs tailored to local consumer preferences was included in the strategic roadmap for 2025

A key point of discussion was the order plan for Baylis & Harding’s upcoming product lines. The new collections will include limited-edition designs tailored for the Asian market, developed in line with global trends such as vegan-friendly formulations, natural origin ingredients, and sustainable packaging – meeting the growing demand for eco-conscious, skin-safe products. Fusion Bright has already placed advanced orders for the latest Baylis & Harding lines, ensuring availability for the year-end shopping season and the 2025 Lunar New Year.


Following the office meeting, Mrs. Sarah conducted a field visit to Mint Cosmetics, one of Baylis & Harding’s leading retail partners and a prominent cosmetics chain in Northern Vietnam.
At Mint Cosmetics, Mrs. Sarah had the opportunity to observe product displays, experience the fragrances first-hand, and engage with the store staff and customers. She praised the professional merchandising, in-store brand presentation, and the well-informed, enthusiastic consulting team. Mint representatives shared that Rose & Lotus Flower and White Tea & Neroli are currently among the best-selling fragrances, especially during festive and gifting seasons.

The store visit not only provided valuable insights into the Vietnamese retail landscape but also reaffirmed Baylis & Harding’s long-term commitment to investing in the market – considered one of the key emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
At the conclusion of this meaningful series of meetings and visits, both parties expressed their confidence and optimism in the future of Baylis & Harding in Vietnam.
